    Parsley, Peppers, Potatoes & Peas
    Cook green soybeans in the pod in plenty of well salted boiling water for about 10-15 minutes, until pods start to open slightly. Green soybeans can be frozen in the pod and can be dropped into boiling water while still frozen for a quick snack. To freeze, blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes and then freeze in the pod on a tray; package in ziplock freezer bags.
