Acorn Squash: Honey Spiced Acorn Squash w/ Pineapple & Cinnamon

List of Ingredients
3 medium acorn squash, halved (seeds removed)
8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons finely grated orange (fruit, juice,& peel)
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon (fruit, juice &peel)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch powdered cloves
salt to taste
Recipe
Place acorn squash cut side down in a baking pan. Add about 1/4" hot water to the pan. Bake squash in a 350ºF oven for about 40 minutes or until squash is tender. Into a large bowl, scoop out the pulp and mash it. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Spoon mixture into a greased porcelain baker and bake in a 350ºF oven for 20 minutes or until casserole is heated through. Sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top when serving. Serves 6.
