    Carrots: Lemon Carrots with Butter and Honey

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound baby carrots
    1/2 cup water
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    3 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Cook carrots in boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes and drain. In a large skillet, melt butter with honey. Add drained carrots and cook and stir until carrots are glazed. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another minute or two, stirring. Serves 4-6.
