Artichokes: Marinated Artichoke Hearts

1 10 ounce frozen artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
Recipe
Cook artichoke according to directions. Drain thoroughly and pack snugly into a 12 or 16 ounce jar. In separate jar, mix all rest of ingredients, cover and shake well to blend. Pour over artichokes and close tightly. Refrigerate at least one week before use.
