    Microwave Roasted Garlic

    A Midwest Gardener's Cookbook
    Place whole unpeeled bulb of garlic on paper towel. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then turn bulb upside down and microwave for a minute more. Squeeze cloves to pop softened garlic out. Use as needed.
