Mushrooms: Mushrooms in Sour Cream

List of Ingredients
1 lb Fresh mushrooms
3 tb Butter
1 sm Onion diced
1 tb Flour
1 sm Garlic clove
1 c Sour cream
1 t Dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste Recipe
Saute onion in butter with garlic until tender; add sliced mushrooms, cook 10 minutes. Combine sour cream with flour and stir to smooth paste; add to mushroom mixture. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Add seasonings and simmer about 15 minutes. May also be served over toast points. Serves 4.
