Pumpkin: Ojibwa Baked Pumpkin

1 small pumpkin
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider
1/4 cup butter, melted
Recipe
Bake whole pumpkin at 350ºF for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Scoop out seeds and set aside. Scoop out pulp and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour back into pumpkin and bake for 45 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve. To eat seeds: clean, spread onto baking sheet, sprinkle with salt, and bake at 250ºF until dried.
