List of Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
2/3 cup either bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
2 cups cooked corn grits
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
Combine eggs, milk and crumbs. Add corn, onion and seasoning. Mix well and add melted butter. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
