List of Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
2/3 cup either bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
2 cups cooked corn grits
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
Combine eggs, milk and crumbs. Add corn, onion and seasoning. Mix well and add melted butter. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350�F for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
