Butternut Squash: Southern Squash Casserole

1 medium butternut squash
1 egg
1/4 can evaporated milk -- (1/4 to 1/2)
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 dash cinnamon
1/4 stick margarine
1 bag miniature marshmallows
Recipe
Peel squash and cut in small pieces or chunks. Cook squash until done. Then mash like potatoes. Let cool. When cool, add all ingreients, and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and bake (uncovered) at 350ºF for about 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle entire top with miniature marshmellows, last 3 to 5 minutes on baking time and remove from overn when they have melted down andturned a light brown color.
