Corn: Spicy Steamed Corn

List of Ingredients
4 corn cobs
5 centimeter bit of fresh ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped red chiles -- (1 to 3)
2 teaspoons green peppercorns
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
Remove husks and silk from the corn, cut into smaller bits. Mix ginger garlic, chiles, peppercorns and water. Press the spice mixture onto the corn cobs and place in a steaming basket lined with banana leaves or baking paper. Place the basket over a wok or pan of boiling water and steam for 20 minutes or until the corn is tender. Sprinkle with the soy and serve.
