Spinach: Sauteed Fresh Spinach

List of Ingredients
1 10 oz bag Fresh Spinach, washed, drained & stemmed
2 T Olive Oil
1 - 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic, sliced thin
Salt
1/4 t Red Pepper Flakes
1 t fresh Lemon Juice, opt.Recipe
Heat Olive Oil in Deep vessel over medium heat. Add sliced Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes and saute about one minute. Add Spinach, toss to coat with Oil, cover and steam about 2 minutes.
Season with salt to taste and a squirt of fresh Lemon Juice, if desired. Serves 3
