    Asparagus: Steamed Asparagus with Lemon Butter

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound thin asparagus, cut into 3" pieces
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon chopped parsley
    juice of one lemon

    Recipe

    Place asparagus in steamer over simmering water; cover and steam about 5 minutes or til crisp-tender and vivid green. Drain and rinse briefly to stop the cooking. Return to pan and add butter, lemon and parsley. Toss well and serve.
