Summer Squash: Parmesan Squash Delight

4 lg Squash, yellow
1 1/2 c Flour, all-purpose
1/2 c Breadcrumbs
1/2 c Cheese, Parmesan grated
3/4 c Milk
Oil, salad
Salt Recipe
Wash squash, but do not peel; cut into thin slices. Combine flour, breadcrumbs, and cheese. Dip squash in milk, then in flour mixture; fry in about 1/2 inch of hot oil. Brown lightly on each side. Place squash on baking sheet covered with absorbent paper, and put in a warm oven until all are cooked. Sprinkle with salt before serving. Serves 6.
