    Corn: Sweet & Tangy Corn on the Cob

    Pillsbury Most Requested Low Calorie and Low Fat Recipes

    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon light margarine -- melted
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    1 package frozen corn -- (6 ears)

    Recipe

    In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; blend well. In medium saucepan, cook corn as directed on package. To serve, brush 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of sauce on each ear of cooked corn.
