    Cauliflower: Tangy Mustard Cauliflower

    List of Ingredients

    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 1/2 teaspoons prepared or dry mustard
    1 green onion, sliced
    1/2 cup shredded chedar

    Recipe

    In large saucepan, cook cauliflower head in boiling water until crisp-tender; drain well. Place hot cauliflower in serving dish. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and onion; spread over cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. cover and let stand a few minutes until cheese is melted. Serves 8.

    Microwave Directions: In 1 1/2 quart microwave casserole, place cauliflower and 2 tbl. water; cover. Cook on HIGH for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well and continue cooking as above.
