Mushrooms: Tarragon Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
1 pound small mushrooms
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon thyme
splash hot sauce
Recipe
Clean and dry mushrooms. Combine all except for mushrooms in a jar and shake well. In an airtight plastic container pour liquid over mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate, shaking occasionally. Marinate overnight before serving. Keeps in fridge up to 2 weeks.
