Tomatoes: Sliced Tomatoes & Gravy

2 Fresh garden tomatoes, sliced
-----GRAVY-----
2 tb Drippings or chicken fat
2 tb Flour
1 c Sweet milk
Chicken bouillon granules (optional) Recipe
Arrange the tomatoes on 2 plates. To make the gravy, melt the fat in a heavy saucepan and add flour, stirring briefly over medium heat. Add sweet milk and stir until it comes to a full boil, adding the bouillon granules for extra flavor. Serve the gravy over the sliced tomatoes.
Original poster's Note: Before someone asks the question, "what is sweet milk", I will give you her comment. "Sweet" milks is the country term for non-buttermilk.
