Winter Squash Bake

List of Ingredients
1 butternut squash
1 acorn squash
TOPPING:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 eggRecipe
Topping: Mix together well. Microwave squash 15 to 20 minutes (whole, prick skin to allow steam to escape). Split in half and scoop out seeds and string. Using a melon baller or sharp edged spoon, scoop out squash "meat". Discard skins. Mix squash together. Fill casserole dish with 1/2 mixture. Cover with layer of topping. Place remaining squash mixture in casserole. Top with rest of topping. Cover with plastic wrap and bake on High for 15 minutes.
