List of Ingredients

2 small zucchini -- sliced 1/4" thick
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- grated


Recipe

Cut zucchini into rounds 1/4" thick. Heat pan to medium hot. Put zucchini, butter and water in pan. shake in salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook 5 minutes. Transfer to plate and sprinkle with cheese.
