4 medium zucchini, sliced into 4"x1" wedges
1 1/2 pints unwhipped whipping cream
3/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan

Spread zucchini wedges into bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour the cream over top and sprinkle all with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 325¼F.
