    List of Ingredients

    4 oz. Nonfat Cream Cheese, at room temperature
    1/4 C chopped fresh basil
    1 tbs. fresh chopped parsley
    1 tbs. freshly grated parmesan cheese
    1 tbs. softened unsalted butter
    2 tsp. pine nuts (or walnuts)
    1 small garlic clove
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Blend all ingredients in food processor and season with salt and pepper to taste. Process until
    smooth. Chill until firm in airtight container. Makes 16 servings at 2 tsp. each for 16 calories and 1 gram of fat (no fiber).

    Original poster's notes: I spread on thinly sliced and toasted baguette slices and top with a strip of roasted red pepper (not packed in oil) for a pretty red and green appetizer. Add the appropriate points for the bread.
