    1 pt. Cheery Cherry Popcorn

    List of Ingredients

    10 cups popcorn, air-popped
    1 small package cherry flavor gelatin powder or try other flavours for a change
    vegetable cooking spray -- butter flavoured

    Recipe

    Put popcorn into a very large bowl and spray lightly with butter flavored spray. Sprinkle with gelatin. Put in 350¼ oven for five minutes. Gelatin will dissolve slightly and stick to the popcorn. Makes 10 (1 cup) servings.

    **NOTE: If you use diet flavoured gelatin the pt would be 2.5 - 3 cups of popcorn for 1 pt, instead of 1.05 pt per cup.

    NOTES : Per serving: 63 cal, 0.3g (4.7%) fat, 1.2g fibre, 0g sodium, 13.8g carbs, 1.5g protien
