    6 mushrooms
    2 T Fat Free cream cheese

    Recipe



    Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems and mix with cream cheese (for extra flavor, you can add garlic, onion, etc). Fill mushroom caps with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Serves 1.
