List of Ingredients
4 oz. pimientos
2 T cornstarch
1/2 C cashews
1 C water
2 t. salt
1/4 c food yeast
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 T lemon juice
1 t onion powder
Recipe
BLEND well. ADD 1 1/2 c. boiling water and cook until thick. Serve warm over tacos, baked potatos, nachos. etc. Makes 12 servings.
Special Notes
the possibilities are endless, I use this as a spread for sandwiches in lieu of mayo, or mix with pasta for a very low pt mac & Cheese. Very good!
