    Large container of Fat Free Plain Yogurt, Hidden Valley Ranch powdered dip mix

    Measure 1 1/3 cups of plain fat free yogurt in a bowl. Fold in entire packet of dip mix and mix well with a wire wisk. Serve with 0 point veggies. Makes a great snack when you're near your point limit! Serves 4.
