    1/2 cup mayonnaise, imitation, no cholesterol -- reduced fat
    1 tablespoon onion -- minced
    1 teaspoon dried whole basil
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    dash crushed red pepper
    1/4 teaspoon chili powder
    8 ounces nonfat cream cheese -- softened
    1 cup ketchup -- no salt added
    1 teaspoon horseradish
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
    4 1/2 ounces small shrimp -- drained
    3/4 cup green bell pepper -- diced

    Recipe



    Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Combine ketchup and next 3 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of a 4-cup shallow plastic container; spread ketchup mixture evenly over cream cheese mixture. Top with shrimp and bell pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with Triscuit crackers (crackers not included in points total). Serves 16.
