    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    5 ounces frozen chopped spinach -- thawed and squeezed
    1/4 cup water chestnuts -- chopped
    4 scallion -- thinly sliced

    Recipe



    In blender or food processor, puree sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, garlic, salt, & pepper. Transfer to medium bowl. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts, scallions. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour.

    "2 Points Per Serving"; makes 4 servings.
