2 pt. Shrimp Dip

1/3 c. fat-free sour cream
1 (8oz.) block f/f cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2c. diced onion
2 tbls. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
2 (7oz.) cans tiny shrimp, drained. Recipe
Combine the sour cream and cream cheese, beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth. Stir in celery and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Serves 6.
Special Notes
I got this receipe on CookingLight.com. This actually makes 2 & 2/3 cups. . I calculated 6 Tbls. for 2 points! Don't forget to add for crackers (goes great on melba rounds) Enjoy.
