    Beans: 7 pt. Three Bean Burritos

    List of Ingredients

    16 ounces kidney beans, canned -- drained
    16 ounces pinto beans -- drained
    1 1/2 cups cooked long-grain brown rice
    3/4 cup black bean sauce -- Dip, fat-free
    3 tablespoons fresh cilantro -- chopped
    8 fat-free flour tortillas
    1 cup salsa
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese, lowfat -- sharp
    lime wedges -- optional

    Recipe

    Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl; stir well. Warm tortillas according to
    package directions Spread 1/2 cup bean mixture over each tortilla; top each with 1
    TBS salsa and 1 TBS cheese; roll up. Spoon 1 TBS salsa over each burrito. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
