1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 8 oz carton plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup sugar
2 packages active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water 105-115 degrees
1 large egg
1 egg white
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Combine yeast and warm water; let stand 5 minutes. Stir yeast, egg, and egg white into yogurt. 3. Combine flour and salt. Stir 2 cups flour mixture into yogurt mixture; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually stir in remaining flour mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours. 4. Punch dough down, and divide into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion to a 10-inch circle on a floured surface; coat with cooking spray. Cut each circle into 12 wedges; roll up each wedge, beginning at wide end. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Point side down. 5. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees), free from drafts, 45 minutes or until doubled in bulk. 6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until rolls are golden.
