1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine buttermilk, oil, and sour cream, and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist. 3. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 5 or 6 times. Roll dough to a 3/4-inch thickness; cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a baking sheet; lightly coat tops of biscuits with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
