    1 pound frozen prepared pizza dough thawed
    12 bunches kalamata olives chopped
    1 garlic clove minced
    1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
    1/2 teaspoon olive oil

    Recipe



    On a lightly floured surface, pat 1 pound thawed prepared pizza dough into a circle. In the center, place 12 chopped Kalamata olives, garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Fold dough over and knead until olive mixture is fully incorporated. Shape into a 6-inch oval and place on a cornmeal-dusted baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until top is browned and bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. Let cool on a wire rack.
    Makes 1 loaf, for 8 slices.
