    List of Ingredients




    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 cup molasses
    1 cup raisins

    Recipe



    1. Spray 2 (28 oz.) vegetable cans with cooking spray. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 3. Mix together flours, baking soda and salt. Add the rest of the ingredients. Divide between the two cans and bake in oven for 45 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean. Cool in cans on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from cans and cool completely on wire rack. Keeps in fridge for up to 5 days.

    Serves 8.
