"Bread Machine Magic"
List of Ingredients
1 cup water
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
2 teaspoons yeast
1/4 cup light margarine
1 clove garlic -- minced
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- gratedRecipe
After machine has beeped, remove bread from pan and turn out dough onto a lightly floured countertop. Gently roll and stretch dough into a 24 inch rope. Spray two 8 inch pans with Pam ( I use one 9 x 13 inch pan).
With a sharp knife, divide dough into 24 pieces. (Hint: First cut dough into 12 equal pieces, then cut each of those in half) Shape into balls; place prepared pans. In a small bowl, combine butter and garlic; pour over rolls. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and let rise in warm place for 30 to 45 minutes until doubled. Remove cover and preheat oven to 375. Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Remove from oven, cut apart and serve warm. Serves 24 at 2 pts/serving.
