    List of Ingredients




    1 cup mango juice -- nectar
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons honey
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    4 cups bread flour
    2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

    Recipe



    Bake according to manufacturer's instructions.

    NOTES: This beautifully risen loaf has a subtle mango flavour, and it is excellent served with chicken salad in the summertime.

    JENN'S LOWER FAT NOTES: Use unsweetened applesauce instead of butter, use 1/3 cup egg beaters or egg substitute instead of eggs.
