    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1 small zucchini sliced
    4 fresh mushrooms sliced
    pam garlic spray

    Recipe



    Spray pan. Cook zucchini and mushrooms to desired tenderness. Add egg beater. Cook and then flip and cook more. Serves 1.

    You can add so many more free vegetables and even more egg. Just make sure you count your points for eggs added...This is so filling.
