2.5 pt. Ham & Cheese Omelet

List of Ingredients
3 slices of 97% fat free ham
1/4 c. fat free cheddar cheese
1/2 c. egg-beaters (egg substitute)
about 1/2 c. favorite veggies Recipe
Heat up a small skillet on your oven-top. Spray it with some non-stick cooking spray. Pour egg substitute onto heated skillet. After a few seconds, spread cheese evenly over it. Next, top it with ham and veggies. After it has cooked for about 1-2 minutes, flip over 1/2 of the omelet onto the other half, and then turn the whole thing over to make sure that all the sides are cooked. Remove from skillet and enjoy! serves 1.
Special Notes
For veggies, I use tomatoes and peppers, but you can use almost anything. Also, if you can't keep everything all together, and the omelet breaks, just make it into scrambled eggs!
