1/4 cup Egg Substitute (1 point)
2 Slices low fat bread (2 points)
1 slice low fat cheese (1 point)
Fat free margarine spray (0 points) optional Recipe
Spray skillet with Pam or any other fat free spray.
Pour 1/4 cup egg substitute into hot pan and cook until set on one side.
Fold edges of egg to about the size of the bread slice, then flip egg to cook the other side.
Put the cheese slice onto the egg and cook until the egg is done through, and the cheese is slightly melted.
Put egg onto toasted bread sprayed with fat free margarine.
