1/2 cup flour
1 pkt. Cream of Wheat Cinnamon Brown Sugar Instant Hot Cereal
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 cup reduced fat milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 cup blueberries (optional)Recipe
MIX flour, cereal and baking powder in medium bowl; set aside. BLEND milk, egg and margarine in small bowl. Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Let stand 5 minutes; stir in blueberries. POUR scant 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle or skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Cook until bubbly; turn and cook until done. Serve immediately.
