List of Ingredients
2 cups whole, uncooked oats (can get Quaker uncooked in grocery store)
1 tbls. chopped peanuts
2 tbls. raisins
1 serving chopped dried apricot* (see below)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinamon*
2 tbls. honey
pam - butter flavorRecipe
Stir dry ingredients, then add honey - stir with wooden spoon. Spray baking dish with butter flavor pam, pour in granola. Bake at 350 until toasty and smelling great. Makes 5 servings (serving size is 1/2 cup, and is 3 pts/serving)
**you can use whichever are your favorite spices, like clove, but don't forget salt. Also, if you like a bit sweeter, add small amount of brown sugar. You can choose different dried fruit, keep an eye to points. Apricot is 5 pieces for 1 point.
