8 med eggs
1/2 cup milk, skim
4 oz cheese lowfat, cheddar or colby, shredded
1 cup ham fully cooked, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper finely, chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely choppedRecipe
In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk until light and fluffy. Stir in the cheese, ham, green pepper, and onion. Pout into a sprayed 9 inch square baking dish. Bake at 400 for 25 min or until golden brown. Each serving equals 3 pts.
