    4 pt. Double Apple English Muffins

    List of Ingredients




    2 english muffins split, toasted
    4 tablespoons apple butter
    1 medium apple quartered, cut into
    1 thin slices
    4 teaspoons honey
    2 ounces shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese (1/2 cup)

    Recipe



    Spread each toasted English muffin half with 1 tablespoon apple butter. Arrange apple slices on each; drizzle each with 1 teaspoon honey. Top each with about 2 tablespoons cheese. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. 2. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 4 servings.
