1/4 cup Kellogg's Cracklin' Oat Bran cereal
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seed
1 tablespoon toasted flaked coconut
2 finely cut dates
1 finely cut, dried apricot half
1 finely cut, dried apple slice
1/2 cup fat-free milk Recipe
Pour cereals into individual cereal bowl. Sprinkle with seed and fruits. Top with milk.
