3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 egg
4 English muffins, split and toasted
1/4 cup skim milk
vegetable cooking spray
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup reduced-calorie maple syrupRecipe
Beat together egg whites, egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon in shallow pie plate. Dip muffins in egg mixture. Spray skillet or grill with cooking spray. Place muffins, cut side down on skillet or grill. Cook, turning once, 6 to 8 minutes or until browned. Serve with reduced-calorie syrup.
