    6 tbs. Hershey's Dutch processed cocoa powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Splenda or other sugar substitute
    4 c. water

    Recipe



    Blend ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill mixture, then freeze stirring often, or put mixture in icecream maker for faster processing. If frozen to eat later, let it sit out about 30 mins. to soften. Scrape like shaved ice. Rich chocolate flavor!

    Serves 6.
