    List of Ingredients




    2 cups fresh strawberries
    1 banana
    1 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tbsp lemon juice

    Recipe



    Blend the strawberries, banana, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Pour into ice cream maker. Add milk and sugar. Run ice cream maker for about 30 minutes.

    Serves 10.

    Special Notes: I use an ice cream maker for this (the kind where you freeze the bowl in your freezer before use). Other ice cream makers may work fine also. It helps if the ingredients are cold before hand. Very wonderful dessert. Freeze leftovers in an airtight container.
