2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract
Recipe
In a small saucepan, combine cocoa and cornstarch. Gradually stir in milk, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into two bowls or custard cups. Chill thoroughly.
