1/3 cup finely crushed hard peppermint candies (about 11 candies)
2 1/4 cups frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
4 (3.5-ounce) containers prepared chocolate fat-free puddingRecipe
Set aside 1 tablespoon crushed candies. Fold remaining crushed candies into whipped topping; set aside 1/2 cup topping mixture. Spoon half of whipped topping mixture evenly into 4 parfait glasses. Layer half pudding cup evenly overtopping mixture in glasses. Repeat layers.
Top each parfait with 2 tablespoons reserved topping mixture; sprinkle evenly with reserved tablespoon crushed candies.
