    List of Ingredients




    1 Tbl. instant coffee
    1 Tbl. hot water
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 (10 oz) package of marshmallows
    5 cups crisp rice cereal ( Rice Krispies)
    cooking spray

    Recipe



    Combine first 3 ingredients. Stir until coffee dissolves. Microwave marshmallows on high 1 1/2- 2 minutes, until melts, stir. Add coffee mixture to marshmallows, stir in rice cereal. Press mixture into 13 X 9" baking pan which is, coated w/ cooking spray. Cool, cut into bars.

    Yields 24 bars 1 point each
