Bars: 3 pt. Peanut Butter S'mores Bars

1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. reduced fat peanut butter
2 TBS. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
cooking spray
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
1/4 c. chopped roasted peanuts
2/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat with mixer at med. speed until combined. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Stir in flour. Press mixture into a 13x9 pan coated with cooking spray. Spread marshmallow cream over dough. Sprinkle evenly with peanuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
